DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Eligibility, Apply Online DDA has launched around 40,000 housing units through three housing schemes offering flats in affordable, mid-range and premium segments. The apartments will be made available at a price of ₹11.5 lakh to ₹5 crore. DDA has taken three new initiatives to reduce its surplus stock and meet the need for budget-friendly housing in the city.
In the initial program called DDA Sata Ghar Housing Scheme 2024, about 34,000 apartments are available on a first come, first served basis. These apartments, with prices starting from Rs 11.5 lakh, are located in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsa Pur, Rohini, Narela and Loknayakpuram in northwest Delhi. Designed for low-income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS) individuals, these apartments are available at a low price.

Eligibility for DDA Housing Scheme 2024
- This scheme is open to every citizen of India. There will be no limit on ownership of any land or constructed property in Delhi.
- Income determination criteria
- Economically weaker section (EWS) individuals can apply if their annual family income is below Rs 10 lakh.
- Low Income Group (LIG): There is no income requirement for all income categories except EWS.
DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Age Limit
The age of the candidates applying should be minimum 18 years.
Assistance for Loan and Financial Aid Flats will be allotted on cash-down basis only, except for applicants belonging to Divyang category who can choose to pay by cash or monthly installments. The interest rate is 10% per annum, calculated on monthly reducing balance.
Documents Required for DDA Housing Scheme 2024
- Passport size photo of the applicant.
- Signature of the applicant.
- Joint passport size photo of the applicant (in case of joint application).
- Joint signature of the applicant (in case of joint application).
- Bank account details.
- PAN card.
- Identity proof and address proof, such as voter ID card, driving license, ration card, Aadhaar card, etc.
- Bank account passbook/bank statement.
- Proof of income for EWS category allottees issued by the Tehsildar/SDM (Sub-Divisional Magistrate).
- Category certificate issued by the District Magistrate/SDM (in case of reserved category allottees).
- Disability certificate (in case of application filed under the category of persons with disabilities).
How to Apply DDA Housing Scheme 2024?
- Visit the official DDA website eservices.dda.org.in to check all the relevant details like flat size, layout plan and location.
- Applicants have to pay the application fee as per their category
- – EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Rs 10,000
- – LIG (Low Income Group): Rs 15,000
- The application amount is submitted towards the cost of the flat. However, it is non-refundable if the application is surrendered or cancelled.
- Apply online and select the flat on a first come first served basis.
- Once you select the flat, you have 30 minutes to pay the application amount online. After the payment, the flat is reserved in your name.
